Day 1
Explore Virginia’s Wine Country and relax with a wine-themed spa treatment to get your mind ready for an afternoon exploring wine country at Salamander Resort & Spa or Lansdowne Resort & Spa. Try a chocolate and wine pairing at 8 Chains North, indulge in the sparkling wine that was provided to select Oscar nominees in 2016 at Greenhill Winery & Vineyard or enjoy breathtaking views of the countryside at Stone Tower Winery’s adults-only tasting room.
Continue your trip through wine country at The Wine Kitchen, which features wine flights and tapas-style meals created from fresh ingredients provided by local farms.

Day 2
Visit The Little Goat Farm at the Lake to start your morning right with goat yoga on the lake or sign up for a hands on lesson on how to make goat milk soap, lotion or cheese. This farm offers visitors a relaxing and engaging experience with a variety of baby goats, llamas, chickens and more.

Kick Back at Farm Brew Live, where you can sit back, relax and enjoy live music, Virginia craft beer, wine & cocktails along with a delicious lunch. This 8-acre campus is home to 2 Silos Brewing Co. and tasting room, the YARD outdoor live music venue, The Pit BBQ and beer garden and La Gringa Food Truck. The newest addition, The Black Sheep whiskey + wine + noshery, a full service fine dining restaurant will be opening later this year so depending on when you are planning your trip, you might get a chance to enjoy it.
Stroll through Meadowlark Botanical Gardens and channel your inner tranquility by exploring nearly 100 acres of ornamental display gardens and unique native plant collections, a handcrafted and one-of-a-kind authentic Korean Bell Garden or follow the meandering walking trails around the flora, fauna, lakes, and forests.

Day 2 - Wolf Trap - Fairfax County

Catch a concert at Wolf Trap and choose your favorite bottle of Virginia wine for a picnic with your friends. The Wolf Trap is America’s only national park dedicated solely to the performing arts. Sit on the lawn during a concert at the Filene Center, where recording artists including Halsey, Aretha Franklin, Alanis Morissette, Harry Connick, Jr., and Alan Jackson grace the stage. Arrive early for a leisurely hike in the park or a buffet dinner at the on-site restaurant.

Visit Alexandria’s Old Town & Waterfront District. Discover the Torpedo Factory Art Center. Founded in 1974 in an old munitions plant, the Torpedo Factory Art Center is home to the largest collection of publicly accessible working artist studios in the U.S. Guests can visit 82 artists’ studios (featuring a variety of media from painting to ceramics to stained glass to printmaking), seven galleries, two workshops, and the Alexandria Archaeology Museum.
Explore Pentagon City. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea or champagne cocktail at The Ritz. And when you’re done, some retail therapy is in order, because after all, the Ritz Pentagon City is connected to the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, where you will find over 170 shops and restaurants to find the perfect gifts for your friends or maybe just for yourself. From there, sample some of Arlington’s around-the-world cuisine. Stop in for a drink at Serbian cocktail bar Baba or enjoy tapas at Jose Andres’ Jaleo. Day 3 - Observation Deck - Arlington
Stop by the Observation Deck at Central Place. Toast to a successful and memorable trip at the brand new Observation Deck at Central Place, where the view of the DC Skyline from 31 stories up is nothing less than spectacular.
